I want to help you on your journey of health and movement, so you can help others along the way. At SiM I believe that Physical Therapy should not simply focus on fixing what is in pain, but rather enhancing human potential and shifting common misconceptions on health through guided education and movement. We are beginning to understand that you are not merely your symptoms or diagnosis.

You are a person that needs more than cookie cutter approaches to your rehabilitation and recovery. Life happens and my aim is to get you back to it as quickly as possible, with a better understanding and more confidence than you did before.

Through the utilization of one on one treatments, virtual consultations, I hope to empower people to understand more about their bodies, pain, and movement - while establishing a growing community of individuals that promotes social connection, empathy and compassion.
I will never tell you can't, shouldn't, or won't.
We will work together to educate you on a realistic prognosis and advice to keep you as healthy and safe as possible with ideas for movement modification - not avoidance - while you are on your journey to your goals.
