Trinity Physical Therapy + Performance recognizes that our clients are on a journey to restore and enhance their abilities. Our goal is to get them there. Owners and physical therapists John Moran and Chris Piacun will compassionately and comprehensively evaluate your movement impairments and set you on a path to success. Here, obstacles become opportunities.
No matter the issue, Trinity will collaborate with you to create a doable, long term plan to restore - as well as enhance - your motion, muscle endurance, strength, and agility. Once you reach your destination, we'll continue to help you maintain the performance level you've worked so hard to obtain.
My entire family has worked with John for several years and he has always provided thorough physical therapy evaluations, and has designed specific treatment plans that have helped all of us resolve pain and improve our performance. In 2010, I was faced with right shoulder surgery and was prescribed physical therapy after that. Of course, on my first day of PT, I had fear and skepticism.

We will prescribe specific exercises and perform manual therapy techniques focused on your weaker muscles, and stretches for your tighter muscles and joints.
Often times, you will experience "delayed onset muscle soreness" or DOMS.
This is soreness that will increase and peak around 48 hours after doing some newer exercises that have been prescribed.
