Integrative Physical Therapy is an outpatient Physical Therapy practice in Guilford, Connecticut. We specialize in Manual Therapy and movement re-education. We serve patients in communities along the Connecticut Shoreline and Greater New Haven area. We accept most major health insurance and private pay plans. At Integrative Physical Therapy, you will experience a caring, safe, and supportive environment in which you will have the opportunity to achieve your highest level of function and quality of life.
We believe that because the body functions as a whole, it is important to not just treat the symptom, but rather evaluate the whole body to address the actual cause of the pain. A comprehensive, thorough evaluation to identify the actual root cause of your pain or discomfort. An individualized Physical Therapy treatment program - not a menu driven approach to treatment.
A compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist who will work with you to restore your mobility, health and performance in daily or sports activities.

Through my own health journey and my education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have come to believe that there are 4 Pillars for creating and living a healthy and sustainable life.
I have also realized how important it is to have community and support on this journey.
Because of this, I offer a 6-week class, that meets once a week, for women who are interested in changing their focus from a diet mentality to freedom with food, self-criticism to self- love, and constant stress to more peace and joy in their lives.

Donna's ability to release muscles and explain correct posture and how to stretch correctly is amazing.
She and the office staff are wonderful.
Donna is one of those physical therapists who can tell things somehow.
On my first visit, she knew which muscle was tight and causing all the problems before she even touched it.
And she could make knots and the stuck places on my scalp melt away as if by magic--I still don't understand what she was doing, but it worked.
Donna is amazing!
She asks questions, listens to what your goals are, and devises a great plan that is easy to follow.
