Move With Me Physical Therapy is a therapist owned practice that provides pediatric services in the natural environment throughout North Carolina. We specialize in occupational, physical and speech therapy and are committed to being the best in our field. We work as a team with the families we serve to provide the best quality care for their children.
Move With Me Physical Therapy was created to allow children with special needs to explore and experience new ways to develop their highest functional ability and potential. Therapy in the natural environment promotes growth and development in many different areas, including: strength, balance, coordination, safety/body awareness, motor planning, sensory and self-regulation, speech, fine motor, psychological and cognitive skills.
We specialize in helping children with a variety of developmental delays and diagnoses including, but not limited to: Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Sensory Issues, Balance/Coordination Disorders, Neurological Disorders, Apraxia, and Developmental delays.

Services
Physical Therapy (PT) works on improving a child's muscle strength/ flexibility, coordination and balance.
If your child is NOT rolling, sitting up, holding head in midline, tolerating tummy time, crawling or walking on time he/she may need physical therapy.
Occupational Therapy (OT)works on improving a child's muscle strength-especially in the upper extremity, muscle coordination/bilateral upper extremity use, sensory issues (seeks sensory input or does not like to be touched/sensitive), handwriting, dressing and feeding.
