Christine Wike, PT, cert MDT, CSCS has 16 years of experience in the physical therapy field, and earned her certification to practice Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) approach to health restoration in 2008.
MDT, previously referred to as the McKenzie Method, prescribes a philosophy of active patient involvement and education in order to provide long-term solutions that can easily be maintained independently following initial treatment.
