We are experienced providers of physical and massage therapy. As an independent 100% therapist owned entity our focus is on individualized excellent patient care. In order to serve our patients better, be in network with more insurances, and to have access to experts in the field of physical therapy we are excited to announce that we are now members of Advanced Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine.

Advanced has more board certified physical therapists than any other practice in northeast Wisconsin and was the APTA's private practice of the year in 2013.
Services
We participate in most major health insurance plans.
Please check with your insurance provider at the outset of treatment to ensure that you are covered for your treatment.
We will make every effort to verify therapy benefits but ultimately it is the patient's responsibility to check their insurance plan coverage.
It is important that you bring your insurance card to your initial appointment.
If you change insurance companies or change your address, phone number, etc., please contact our office as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes to your file.
Often, low back pain occurs due to overuse, strain, or injury.
It could be caused by too much bending, twisting, lifting-or even too much sitting.
But just as often, the actual cause of low back pain isn't known, and symptoms usually resolve on their own.
Tests to identify any problems with posture, flexibility, muscle strength, joint mobility, and movement.
Tests to identify signs or symptoms that could indicate a serious health problem such as broken bones or cancer.
For most cases of low back pain, imaging tests such as x-rays, computed tomography (CT) scans, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are not helpful for diagnosing the cause.
Pediatric physical therapists (PTs) work with children and their families to assist each child in reaching their maximum potential and to promote active participation in home, school, and community environments.
As primary health care providers, PTs also promote health and wellness as they implement a wide variety of supports in collaboration with families, communities, and other medical, educational, developmental, and rehabilitation specialists.
