Back To Basics Family Physical
We are limiting the number of people in the building at a time to assure we do not exceed the 10 people cap. To help us with this we ask that you do not bring guests in with you, unless you are a parent escorting a minor child. Parents, please try to make arrangements for your child, if you cannot please call us. We have always practiced assuring that our clinic is safe and sanitized, we are doing twice overs and more.

There is a bottle of hand sanitizer upon entering the front door, please be sure to use this as you enter the practice. If you have been ill AT ALL in the last 48 hours, PLEASE call us to reschedule, cancellation fee waived!. If you prefer to not wait in the lobby and enter the exam room directly from the parking lot this can be arranged and we will be more than happy to accommodate.
