Jay graduated from the University of Washington in 1976, with his BSPT degree.
During the 80's, Jay worked for the Skagit Valley hospital with a short leave to pursue a spot as the clinic director for an outpatient office, returning a couple years later to the hospital.
During this time Jay also earned his MBA from Western Washington University.
He made the leap of faith and opened Evergreen Physical Therapy in early 1991.
Since then Jay has mentored numerous undergraduates into PT school, become a Clinical Instructor for the APTA, hosted many interns from every level of education.
