All surfaces will continue to be sanitized every 30 minutes and in between patient visits. Wait time in our waiting room is minimal if at all. Our staff will submit all insurance claims.
Once your insurance has processed your claims, you will receive an explanation of benefits from your plan.
On the EOB you will find amounts billed, allowed and your responsibility.
You will receive a separate statement from our office listing your responsibility.
Insurance companies vary in their processing time, but claims are typically processed in 2-4 week.
Copayments are due at the time of service.
Deductibles and coinsurance amounts will be due once your insurance company has processed your claim.
