Be Fit! Physical Therapy and Pilates is an independent rehabilitation and exercise facility. Be Fit! Physical Therapy & Pilates is here to take you to a fuller, happier life by reducing your pain, rehabilitating your injuries, and keeping your body strong. Our physical therapists are fully certified and hands-on! If you need physical therapy, you will be treated by a real therapist and not handed off to a technician like some places do.

Now, we do have technicians that are a very capable part of your overall treatment, but you will always have access to a physical therapist! There is no one cause for back pain.
The back has numerous bones, joints, ligaments, and muscles.
These add up to numerous opportunities for strain or injury, or pain that extends to the limbs.
Eight out of every 10 adults will experience back pain at one point or another, making it the most common form of musculoskeletal pain.
These symptoms occur when there's interference with the sciatic nerve, which is the largest nerve in the body.
It serves the rear of the thighs, legs, and feet.
Pain, numbness, or tingling may also be felt in glutes.
The knee is a large joint that carries the the body's weight.
It also endures stresses multiple times as great as a person's weight.
While it's excellent at absorbing force during forward motions, it is not so great with stresses from twisting or side-cutting motions.
