Individual strength training is perfect for athletes that are currently injury free but looking to build general strength/power and injury resilience to perform at their best!
These are 1-hour one-on-one strength sessions to target specific muscle groups to meet the demands of sport.
We currently offer multiple runner and triathlon specific strength training groups each week!
These consist of 1-hour group strength sessions, limited to 8 people, designed to target sport specific muscle groups to develop injury resilience and overall strength/power to have you racing at your best!
