Performance Physical Therapy
Physical therapy can decrease pain, increase strength, improve range of motion and restore a patient's ability to function in everyday life or sport. Our athletic training services evaluate, manage and prevent injuries that may occur during the course of any athletic event. Our strength, agility and sport specific conditioning programs are designed to prepare the athlete for the mental and physical demands of sport.

Services
Brad, Brady and Mike first met during the summer of 2000, when they began graduate school at Seton Hall University.
Upon graduating with Masters of Science degrees in Athletic Training and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy in 2005, they opened their own private practice.
It has allowed them to provide unprecedented hands-on physical therapy, collaborative athletic training services, and cutting edge sports conditioning.
Since its inception, Performance has provided results-driven services to ensure long-lasting effects.
Physical therapy is provided in an individualized setting for approximately one hour.
Upon completion of your first visit, your physical therapist will provide a diagnosis, prognosis, and individualized plan of care to address your needs.
These needs can include decreasing pain, improving range of motion, increasing strength and restoring function.
We treat a variety of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, including pre-and post-surgical injuries, and specialize in treating injuries to the neck and back.
Mike earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Master of Science in Athletic Training from Seton Hall University.
Mike has worked with NY/NJ MetroStars (now the Red Bulls), USA Women's Olympic Wrestling Team, the Tab Ramos Soccer Program, and has been inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame's "Golden Dozen".
Mike has taught in Seton Hall University's Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training programs as an adjunct faculty member.
Mikes' expertise spans all aspects of physical therapy with a strong focus on manual care.
ANTHONY FALCO, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS - Anthony earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 2013.
He has been practicing in orthopedic physical therapy ever since.
Anthony has completed a post-graduate orthopedic residency program to advance his skills in evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal pain and orthopedic problems.
He is also a Level One Functional Dry Needling Certified Practitioner and holds a CrossFit Level 1 Certificate.
Anthony is an APTA Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), making Anthony one of the top 1% of all practitioners in the state.
MARK HOLTERHOFF, MA, PT - PHYSICAL THERAPIST EMERITUS - Mark was born and raised in Wayne and his community ties run deep.
Mark graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and went on to New York University where he earned his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.
He continues to be affiliated with New York University as a senior therapist at the prestigious Rusk Institute.
Previously Mark was the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Chilton Memorial Hospital and was instrumental in developing the progressive, evidence-based Cardiac Rehab and Sports Medicine Programs.
