After a severe stroke in 2010 that left me with little movement in my right side I began the usual regimen of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and personal training.
I did make tremendous progress that started with regaining balance and increased movement.
I could sit up without falling to my right side and began walking with the numerous aides and assistance.
With my progress I also formed bad habits that developed into severe muscular and skeletal misalignment.
