Our physical therapist and occupational therapist staff has over 310 years of combined clinical experience. We work closely with local orthopedic doctors, and perform rehabilitation services for total joint replacements, rotator cuff repair and other post-surgical diagnoses, hand therapy, lymphedema management, neck and back rehabilitation, sports and fitness rehabilitation, and women's health physical therapy including osteoporosis and pelvic floor therapy.
Donna is a registered and licensed occupational therapist; she earned her BS in 1982 from Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis. She later moved to Florida and saw the need for a specialized, hands-on physical and occupational therapy practice.

Rehab Partners is an outpatient rehabilitation center that is staffed with Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
