At Elite Physical Therapy, we treat the individual, not the diagnosis. Following an initial evaluation, your Physical Therapist will design a treatment plan based upon your specific needs. Throughout the course of your treatment, your progress will be monitored and your plan of care will be modified accordingly, to ensure that you are successful in reaching your goals.
