Vitality Physical Therapy & Wellness was established in 2005 to serve the East Valley communities of Phoenix, AZ. Mr. Balbarin is co-founder of Vitality Physical Therapy & Wellness. He obtained his Physical Therapy degree at Marquette University in 1995. He has served as both clinician and educator at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University's School of Medicine Program in Physical Therapy, and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.
His specialties include treatment of musculoskeletal syndromes, neuromuscular and movement disorders, vestibular disorders, physical therapy in an emergency setting, and golf performance.
