Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center (FSRC) was established in 1989 and is the leader in outpatient rehabilitation services in the area. Located in the Midwest Professionals Building, FSRC is the region's only Medicare certified comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility. The team at FSRC consists of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, speech therapists, and rehab technicians.

In addition, an orthopedic surgeon, social worker, and orthotists / prosthetist are on staff. With our well-diversified staff, FSRC can offer the full spectrum of care, and truly build relationships that build lives. FSRC is dedicated to Farmington and the surrounding communities. Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center (FSRC) was established in 1989 as a joint venture by Rehab Choice and two community hospitals in the Farmington, Missouri area.
Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center has grown over the years and has become the leader in outpatient clinics in the St. Francois county area and surrounding region.
Currently located in a 6400 square foot facility, Farmington Sports and Rehab is the region's only Medicare certified Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility.
Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center (FSRC) has been providing therapy services with the most advanced treatment techniques available since 1989.
FSRC only utilizes board certified physical therapists and physical therapist assistants that provide our clients with a thorough evaluation and provide intervention to assist them in reaching their goals.
FSRC's team of physical and occupational therapists have experience in treating a variety of upper extremity conditions ranging from repetitive motion disorders (carpal tunnel syndrome) to major tendon repairs utilizing manual techniques and static and dynamic splinting.
Physical Therapists are the experts in the examination and treatment of problems related to muscles, nerves, and joints & conditions that limit peoples' ability to move and live as they wish.
Physical Therapists are health care professionals that evaluate and treat people with health problems resulting from injury or disease.
They also play an imporant role in assisting with preventing injuries from occurring and educating people on various topics.
Our Physical Therapists provide our clients with a thorough evaluation and provide intervention to assist our clients in achieving their goals.
Occupational therapy helps people re-gain, develop, and build skills that are essential for independent functioning, health, and well-being.
The purpose of occupational therapy intervention is the increase an individual's functional abilities while restoring, maintaining or preventing further deterioration due to a chronic or progressive condition.
A hand therapist works with patients who may have been affected by an accident or trauma leaving them with wounds, scars, burns, injured tendons or nerves, fractures, or even amputation of the finger, hands, or arms.
The staff of Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center have been active with local high school and college athletics for over ten years.
This provides the full spectrum of care from prevention of injuries, injury assessment on the court or field, to sports-specific rehabilitation in the outpatient setting.
Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Centers assists with pre-season athletic physicals, provides services to area coaching staffs, and provides injury assessment to area athletes when needed.
