Since receiving her physical therapy degree, Blake has experience in both outpatient and long term care physical therapy services but has dedicated her career to the development and growth of her outpatient clinical skills.
Her clinical interests include orthopedic and sport related injuries, spine related pain, women's health, and pediatrics.
She has been trained in both McKenzie and Maitland techniques for the treatment of spine and joint related pain.
She has also received training in women's health and pelvic floor rehabilitation and is one of the only physical therapists in southeastern KY providing specialized clinical services in women's health.
Joy is a graduate of South Laurel High School.
She completed her professional education at Somerset Community College to become a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1998.
Joy has extensive experience in clinical outpatient orthopedics.
Her areas of interest include fall prevention, geriatrics, and sports medicine.
She has developed a strong reputation as a clinician in our community and is loved by any patient she has worked with.
Mrs. Williams will serve as assistant clinic director and will be involved with community outreach, customer service, and marketing.
Eddie graduated from South Laurel High School in 1998, and continued his education at the University of Kentucky where he completed his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2003.
He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2009.
After 15 years of clinical practice then founded Revolution Physical Therapy in 2018.
Dr. Valentine's clinical interest include treatment of Spine Related Pain, Industrial Health Services, Sports Medicine, and Post-Operative rehabilitation.
He is one of only two physical therapists in the state to be dual certified in the Maitland Concept (COMT) and the McKenzie Method (MDT).
Alex is a lifelong resident of London, he is a graduate of South Laurel High School, where he has excelled both academically and athletically.
He then attended the University of Louisville where he graduated with Honors and played baseball for the Cardinals.
He graduated in 2019 from South College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a 4.0 GPA.

Brandi is a 2020 graduate of Somerset Community College PTA Program.
She resides in Somerset, KY where she attended Pulaski County High School.
She joined Revolution Physical Therapy as a PTA student in early 2020 and became a staff clinician later that year.
Her physical therapy areas of interest include orthopedics and Parkinson's Disease related treatment.
Brandi is a member of The Creek Church and enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Bella, and being outdoors hiking and running.
