I used to be stiff and sore upon waking up in the morning.
My low back and neck were always tight and hurt.
I was not able to lift my children without pain radiating in my back.
I would never lie down on the floor to play with my children because my low back/hip would lock up and prevent me from being able to sit up.
Now, I wake up without any pain in my neck, low back, or hips.
I can pick up my children, play with them, and get down on their level without any problems.
Most of us experience neck pain at some point in our lives.

The x-rays they took showed a possible rotator cuff tear & thinning with some shoulder arthritis starting.
Was referred to Therapy Solutions for rehab and shoulder exercises.
I am pleased with the progress I have made.
The treatment techniques have given me the ability to move my shoulder, lift my arm, & reduced the pain and I am sleeping much better.
