If you are home bound and can not come to our facility, we offer home-based physical therapy for LeFlore County and the Fort Smith River Valley Area.
For children in school, we offer school-based physical therapy.
For the person with chronic pain who needs to build muscles to achieve better physical stamina or someone recuperating after surgery who needs specific targeted therapy, we offer outpatient services.
