Ken Greenstreet, PT

Ken Greenstreet PT, owner of FHPT, has been treating PT patients in Fountain Hills, Rio and Tonto Verde, and Fort McDowell since 2001. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center with 30 years experience including 15 in Lincoln, NE and 15 in Fountain Hills. Before becoming a PT he was an athletic trainer and coach at Superior High School in Nebraska.

FHPT specializes in general orthopedic PT, sports medicine, total joint rehab, post knee/shoulder/ankle surgical rehab, spine injuries, MVA, Worker's Comp, hand/wrist/elbow injuries, and Balance/Neurological disorders.
