Meghan is an awesome physical therapist. Following total knee replacement I approached outpatient PT with some hesitation having heard from some friends that their therapists made them cry. Nothing could be further from the truth! Meghan is professional, thorough, kind, has a wonderful sense of humor and mixes physical challenges with understanding.

She has helped me set realistic goals for my recovery. Easy on-line scheduling, convenient location near 295, excellent facility. I will be here again when I have my other knee done! We know that chronic pain can make working and completing everyday tasks seem impossible.
Services
Meghan received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University.
She grew up in Maine playing a variety of sports and her interest in physical therapy grew as she required some treatment during her High School and College years.
Meghan has a passion for treating athletes/orthopedic injuries as a result of her background.
In addition, she strongly believes in the importance of preventative care.
During her last year as a graduate student, Meghan designed a program to prevent injuries in female, high-school soccer players.
When you come to your first session, you will receive a full functional evaluation to assess movement patterns across multiple joints in order to help us understand the cause of your pain or limitation.
Next, working together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that focuses on improving strength and mobility where you need it.
In our sessions together, you can expect to relieve pain, increase movement, and prevent future injury.
I've had lower back pain since a ski accident 8 years ago where I fractured my back in 6 places.
If you suspect you've had a concussion it is very important that you get checked out by a doctor.
Rest is important immediately following a concussion, however, prolonged rest can slow the recovery process.
Physical therapy can help you return to normalcy quicker and prevent chronic symptoms.
We use ImPACT testing to help determine the severity of your concussion and to create an appropriate treatment plan.
If you have already taken a baseline ImPACT test, you will take the computerized ImPACT test again and results will be compared to your baseline.
Are you looking to take your fitness to the next level?
We can help!
Schedule a personal training appointment and Sam Berry will spend an hour with you discussing your fitness goals, guiding you through the Functional Movement Screen, and describing what a program with him would look like based on the results of the Functional Movement Screen.
Every session ends with a few exercises to get you started.
Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, or actively involved in seasonal sports, we will meet you at your level!
Want to improve your sports performance and prevent injuries?
Sam Berry will put you through the Functional Movement Screen to assess mobility, stability, and symmetrical movement patterns.
He will then design an individualized training program based on the screen results and the demands of your sport.
Sessions with Sam will improve your strength, flexibility, and agility to optimize performance and keep you in the game!
We offer one-on-one training and group training for middle school, high school, collegiate, and adult athletes.
