With more than 30 years of combined experience, Michael Betlach and Ryan Senkarik founded Elite Physical Therapy in 2009. Pat is our Office Manager/Billing Specialist. She joined Elite in March of 2015. Pat moved to Naples from Miami in 2011, and has worked with medical/physical therapy billing since 1991. While in Miami, she worked at Orthopedic Rehab Specialists and Dade Physical Therapy.
Prior to joining Elite, she worked at Jaffe Sports Medicine in Naples. In her free time, Pat enjoys the Florida sunshine by boating and spending time with her family and dogs. Sam is a native of Illinois, but she has been living in Naples since 1983.

Elite Physical Therapy has developed the Transitional Personal Training Program to help our patients who have recovered from their disorder transition back into a regular exercise routine.
