Here at Alpine, you'll get individualized 1-on-1 treatment with our dedicated staff every session. Spinal condition plays a major role in your quality of life. We work with injuries both acute and chronic to treat your pain, repair your posture, improve your strength, and enhance your flexibility. There are a variety of treatments available to suit your rehabilitation needs, including but not limited to Graston Technique, e-stim, manual therapy, joint mobilization therapy, and more.

We treat all manner of athletic injuries as well as educate on preventative and restorative care. Our priority is quickly getting you back into playing shape so you can return to sports with confidence. I am so grateful for Alpine PT! Physical therapy treatments help you to recover from injuries in muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc. and prevent further damage.
We will evaluate your injury and how it affects your daily life, then work together to reduce pain, build muscle strength, and improve flexibility.
The treatment plan is customized to your individual needs-your recovery is our priority.
The Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) is a series of 7 full-body movement tests designed to assess fundamental patterns.
The FMS is our tool for standardized movement screening to see how an individual, no matter their age, is moving in everyday life.
Your progress is our highest priority.
Post-therapy personal training helps continue to improve your quality of life by decreasing pain, increasing range of motion, and strengthening muscles to prevent future injuries.
All of our personal trainers are FMS Certified.
Alpine Fitness, our partner, has won Best of State in 2017, 2018, and 2019 for Personal Training.

Graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific; Masters in Physical Therapy (1996).
We recommend 3 times per week.
However, this number may fluctuate depending on how many visits your insurance company allows.
Prior to your first visit, you'll be given new patient paperwork to fill out.
When you arrive for your first appointment, we will gather a history of past injuries, including those that could have contributed to your current condition.
We will asses your pain, test your of range of motion, strength and perform the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA); which allows us to diagnose your movement dysfunctions.
