What sets us apart from most of other clinics is that our patients always receive full one-on-one sessions with the Physical Therapist. The treatments are customized to each individual patient's needs - incorporating physical therapy modalities, manual therapy, and strength training. Pilates and Yoga techniques are often incorporated in our exercise programs.

Women's Health is an emerging and rapidly growing field in physical therapy in the United States. In most of the Western countries it is an established standard of care. The aim of this specialty is to effectively help women overcome issues that are commonly overlooked and marginalized, yet greatly reduce quality of life.

Some of these conditions have had stigmas attached to them and others have been swept under the rug as 'normal' side effects of milestones in a woman's life - being pregnant, having a baby, undergoing surgeries, and going through menopause. Our mission is to guide women through these life stages and help them maintain or return to a healthy lifestyle, free of pain, discomfort, and even embarrassment.
