Choose clothing that is comfortable and easy to move around in, as you may be partaking in stretching and other exercises.
For instance, If you have a shoulder condition, wear a shirt that is comfortable and allows access to your shoulder and arm.
Shorts should be worn if you have hip pain, knee pain, or ankle pain.
Closed-toed athletic shoes are the best option if you will be partaking in physical activity at your appointment.
