I am a 4 handicap, but lately my shoulder had been bothering me during and after my rounds of golf. I was frustrated with not being able to play at my regular level, and my handicap started going up.
I was considering quitting some leagues until I saw came to see Mark. After several visits, my shoulder pain had decreased and shoulder mobility had increased which helped me get my handicap back to a 4. I ended up making the playoffs and winning the championship in one of my leagues! I have been suffering from back pain for almost 10 years. It had gotten to the point that I couldn't go up stairs, sit for more than a half hour, or walk/stand for more than 5 minutes without taking a break.
My youngest kid was about to start school, and I was worried about not being able to go back to work. I had been to multiple physical therapists and chiropractors with no relief.

This is called "Direct Access" which means in Pennsylvania you can begin treatment with your physical therapist immediately.
This is important because it allows us to accelerate the healing process and prevent it from turning into a chronic condition.

A: At your first visit you will receive a comprehensive, full body examination.
Your physical therapist will take a detailed history of your condition and past medical history, find out what you're having difficulty doing or missing out on, perform a movement assessment, see where you hurt, and identify your problem areas that are causing your symptoms.
