We have a combined 25+ years of experience treating patients with orthopedic, neurological and vestibular dysfunctions. Pilates is a form of exercise that is done on our modern reformers with our Certified Pilates Instructor and Physical Therapist, Nikki Midtlyng. Pilates is also an excellent way to continue your care after you have discharged from Physical Therapy. Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise for all body types and fitness levels. We believe in the resilience of the body and it's capability to heal given the right environment and motivation.

We have a combined 25+ years of experience treating patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.
Our certified Vestibular therapist specializes in treating patients with Vestibular diagnoses such as BPPV, Meniere's disease, and other disorders of the inner ear.
We will also utilize Pilates as a part of our treatments, when appropriate.
Vestibular conditions can be debilitating and frightening especially when you have never experienced the symptoms related to these disorders.
Most people do not know there is a treatment that has a high rate of resolving the common symptom like vertigo, dizziness, motion sensitivity, abnormal visual tracking, migraines, abnormal balance and gait.
VRT is a specialized treatment to restore vestibular function through specific exercises designed to promote vestibular adaptation and substitution.
The goal of VRT is to improve vertigo, enhance gaze stability, enhance postural stability, improve vertigo, and improve activities of daily living.
We have worked with orthopedic conditions for the entirety of our careers.

We will utilize manual therapy and an individualized exercise plan to help you achieve your goals.
We are currently in network providers for Medicare, Blue Shield, and Cigna.
We are working diligently on becoming in network providers for Blue Cross, United Health Care, and Health Net.
If you do not see your insurance provider listed as in network we can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
If you are planning to use your health insurance to pay for your physical therapy then you will need a Doctor's referral.
If you are coming to us and are going to pay cash without going through insurance, then you do not need a Doctor's referral.
