Tina McLean, the owner of Active Abilities LLC, and previous owner of Active Abilities Physical Therapy Outpatient clinic in Sterling, now provides short-term physical therapy staffing, specialty clinics and business consulting throughout the State of Alaska and Texas through our Time Off Solutions component of Active Abilities LLC. Tina continues to have a life-long dedication to learning and is currently enrolled as a transitional doctoral student at the College of St Scholastica, Duluth, MN.
As a result, she has taken a step back from the outpatient setting allowing her to work on future business ventures with an emphasis in community collaboration in treating the whole person. As has always been her model, Tina, does not believe you can separately treat the physical without also addressing the mental and spiritual well-being of any patient.
Her studies have taken her deeper into evaluating how treating the whole person can have more successful outcomes for treating chronic pain and conditions associated with musculoskeletal pain and movement disorders.
