From weekend warriors to professional athletes, we're helping you perform better, stay healthier, and bounce back from injury. It was this instance, that led me to begin planning my practice in February of 2015, and chose the name "Next Generation Physical Therapy." A name that would continuously challenge us to progress, evaluate and apply current research and theories, in order to truly strive to always be "the Next Generation" of the Physical Therapy profession.

It is the true Mission of NGPT to always use the most up to date, clinically relevant, and research driven treatment methods and techniques in order to provide the highest quality of care possible to get the best outcomes for patients of all generations, conditions, and activity levels.
We will always strive to promote health and safety for all patients and the surrounding community so that each person that comes in contact with an NGPT staff member will have the knowledge and education to live life with less pain, less restrictions in activity, and less risk for injury so that each patient and community member can enjoy every minute of their life to the fullest potential.
Dr. Johnson is an Arkansas Native, Born and Raised in Bearden Arkansas.
His childhood was filled full of community service activities including over 9 years of involvement as a Volunteer and Staff Member helping to enrich the lives of Children with Disabilities at Camp Aldersgate in Little Rock.
His experiences there, paired with a few Athletic injuries of his own that required Physical Therapy, drove his desire to pursue a medical career as a Physical Therapist.
Dr. Johnson pursued his education at the University of Central Arkansas, graduating with his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences in 2009, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012.
Email Ryan Ryan Hobson was born in Lonoke, AR to a family of coaches and teachers.
He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arkansas State University in 2011 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015.
He was drawn to Physical Therapy after discovering that the medical field extended beyond medicine and surgery.
Ryan enjoys helping his patients help themselves through corrective exercise and providing them with the tools they need to eliminate or manage their symptoms independently.
Dr. Justin Kent has lived in Clarksville, Arkansas most of his life, but takes every chance he has to visit his Chicago roots where much of his family lives.
He has four brothers, which drove his competitive spirit and love for sports.
He has always been interested in fitness and medicine, and felt like physical therapy was a great way to live out those two passions.
He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 2014, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Central Arkansas in 2017, where he obtained a heightened interest in sports and orthopedic physical therapy.
Kandy Sadosky, LMT has been a licensed massage therapist since 2012.
A transplant to Arkansas, she was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska.
Kandy attained her initial education in massage from Touching America School of Massage in Maumelle, AR.
Since then she has also added several courses in her continued education process of massage therapy.
Having experience in both a salon as well as a physical therapy office, she very much prefers the clinical setting appose to spa type services.
Previous clients include people from all ages, walks of life, and physical/athletic ability.
