Needless to say, I have worked with many physical therapists; none of them comes close to the greatness of Rick Olderman. He genuinely cares about fixing your pain and helping you to better understand your body. He has an amazing ability to determine how your biomechanics and movement patterns cause pain and above all, knows how to give simple directions to fix the issue.

We have a reputation in Denver of helping people where other treatments have failed.
This is due to our treatment of the body as a system rather than isolated parts.
This also works well for post-surgical rehab and expedites healing.

How you move affects your pain.
So we analyze and fix movement problems creating pain.
For instance, if you have back pain, we look closely at your back, hips, knees and feet while you're walking, standing, sitting, bending, lying down etc.
We pay special attention to those movements that are painful to understand what is wrong.
We also test tightness and/or weakness of certain muscles that would affect these movements.
We then put all that together into a picture of systemic problems causing pain and how to fix them.

If you are suffering with any of the above-mentioned signs or symptoms in the neck, middle back, or lower back, chances are, our physical therapists can help.
Our spine specialists start with an intensive examination and assessment of your condition.
A treatment plan is then developed that is based on your specific needs.
We then provide you with a clear, easy-to-understand explanation of how we can help you manage your pain.
Treatment often consists of gentle, hands-on techniques which often result in immediate relief of spine-related pain.

If you are a youth, collegiate, elite, or professional athlete, when you are injured, you need a physical therapist with experience rehabilitating sports-related injuries.
Athletes place higher demands on the muscles and joints and also require sport-specific training to recover speed, power, and agility.
This is the specific training that our therapists provide.
Injuries are an unfortunate side effect of sports but they don't have to sideline you indefinitely.
With the application of the latest clinical research, we can work hand-in-hand with your referring physician/surgeon to optimize the recover process so you can reach your full potential.
