We are an outpatient rehabilitation facility which has been treating citizens of the tri-state community since 2010. The location in Bullhead City, AZ is convenient to both residents of Laughlin, NV as well as Needles, CA. Paragon is a unique rehabilitation facility in that it offers both Physical Therapy and Respiratory Therapy. Patients can be referred for Physical Therapy only, Respiratory Therapy only, or both but regardless, our commitment is to make you move, breathe, and feel better.
