My experiences at Healing Star have been nothing but amazing. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the entire staff works well together to give their patient the best care possible. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody!. I am forever thankful to Paul and the entire Healing Star Physical Therapy team who got me back on track. I would recommend Healing Star Physical Therapy to anyone dealing with muscular or joint pain.
I am very grateful for Healing Star's patience, hard work and very competent approach to the pain I was feeling. Today I am about 90% improved. I would recommend Healing Star to anyone and everyone who needs physical therapy or is just considering trying physical therapy rather than other medical options. Before Healing Star, I was in so much pain in my neck and shoulder I couldn't decipher the source of other pains and discomforts.
If you are having any physical issues, I absolutely cannot recommend these guys hard enough. Best Physical Care I have ever received anywhere, HANDS DOWN!.

On a daily basis, we rely on our feet and ankles for walking, stair climbing, etc.
When an injury happens, it is very hard to rest it to help with the healing.
If no treatment is done, the injuries can get worse causing even more pain in the future.
Studies show that ankle injuries account for about 10% to 30% of athletic injuries.
With an ankle sprain, individuals typically brush it off and do not get the necessary care.
In addition, an individual who suffers from an ankle sprain is also at a higher risk for re-injury in the future.

Your hip joint is a ball and socket joint which involves the head of the femur as well as the acetabulum.
An individual can have hip pain due to many different reasons, however the exact location of the pain will tell your physical therapist more about the underlying cause.
Pain that is caused by the hip joint could present itself within the groin region.
Referred pain from the hip muscles, tendons, ligaments can present itself along the front/side of thigh and buttocks.
At times, individuals who have lower back pain could present with symptoms in the hip.
