Ross Valley Physical Therapy is a boutique clinic specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and injury prevention. One on one care is provided with Dr. Lauren Malachowski, Physical Therapist in a private studio setting. Lauren uses a unique blend of manual treatments, exercises incorporating Pilates Principles and equipment, and education of movement to create a holistic, individualized program for her patients.

We are currently in network with Medicare and will soon be contracted with other insurance companies.
If you self pay, we will provide you with a "Superbill" which includes diagnosis, treatment codes, and record of payment.
This can be submitted to insurers that we are not in network with.
If you are interested in knowing your potential level of reimbursement, please call your insurance company and inquire about their coverage for "out of network physical therapy".
