Our 2 locations provide convenient access to comprehensive care - helping patients achieve their health and performance goals. My back and right hip have plagued me for years, my therapist Rachel discovered weakness in the hip which contributes to my back pain.

The exercises both in PT and at home have helped tremendously. Rachel makes sure I not only understand the exercise but what muscles are being worked and why.
