Your PT will first ask you several questions regarding your health history, your current situation, and what you want to achieve by working with us.
It's important that we fully understand who you are and how we can best help you!
Your PT will then conduct many tests to assess your range of motion, flexibility, strength, and overall body control to best understand not only why you hurt, but also how to prevent the injury from returning.
Last, you will be educated as to why you hurt and what you can do about it.
