In 2004, Kelly earned her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College after obtaining a BS in health and exercise science at Syracuse University.
As a Physical Therapist, her focus has been on orthopedics, neurologic issues, sports-related recovery, manual therapy and dry-needling.
Kelly integrates spinal and joint manipulation, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release and taping into treatment when appropriate.
She believes there are many manual techniques to facilitate healing and or change to soft tissue, bony structures and joints that influence clients' movement patterns and their function.

Our mission at JPT is to provide holistic, patient focused care and treatment.
Over the past few years, especially this past one, this mission has become more challenging.
As insurance rules change and insurance companies continually revise their plans and policies; more and more of our time gets directed to excess paperwork, phone calls and learning new rules.
This takes precious time away from our focus on you, our client.
Our goal is to return our focus to you; your care, continuing education, research and further development of our treatment skills.

Nutrition is about food, vitamins and minerals as "nutrients" for your body.
It is about nourishing ourselves with what we need for life, health and growth.
It is also about cherishing ourselves and fostering an environment that we can build and strengthen our bodies and minds.
Nutrition is a very personal thing.
Food can be linked to memories and emotions, it has connections to our cultures and religions.
We can choose to eat or avoid certain foods to cleanse our systems, provide fuel and energy, or help us grow physically or/and spiritually.
