I know what it's like to have chronic pain and feel like giving up. That's why I opened Core Balance Physical Therapy - to help people restore confidence in their body so they can get back to the activities they love. Christine has a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Mercy College, and she specializes in the treatment of orthopedic injuries and chronic pain.

Christine has completed extensive training during her more than 15 year career in manual therapy and movement based therapy. Christine's interest in holistic medicine led her to become certified in Yoga Tune Up, Craniosacral, and The Barre Method, She also received training through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach.

Her love of golf led her to become certified as a TPI Golf Medical Professional. Through her love of dance, Christine has created fitness programs to help her patients, as well as others, including golfers and other athletes, ballroom dancers, and gymnasts improve their performance.

Physical therapy is an essential part of most primary care treatment plans for people recovering from orthopedic procedures.
Since other clinics may approach physical therapy differently, it can lead to a wide variety of patient experiences and outcomes.
That's why here at Core Balance Physical Therapy, it is our policy to work with each patient one-on-one for the entire time of their visit.
This leads to the best possible patient experience.
